How To Contact Google On Duplicate Charges

If you have two or more order numbers with the same total amount, you placed multiple orders using Google Checkout. If you didn't intend to place multiple orders, you'll need to submit a cancellation request directly with the seller.

If you haven't placed multiple orders, the pending item on your statement is an authorization. Authorizations are the initial communication between our billing system and the bank's billing system. Learn more about authorizations.

You may cancel your Google Order for 30 minutes after completing your purchase. Your order is processed shortly after your purchase is complete.
