If you have two or more order numbers with the same total amount, you placed multiple orders using Google Checkout. If you didn't intend to place multiple orders, you'll need to submit a cancellation request directly with the seller.
If you haven't placed multiple orders, the pending item on your statement is an authorization. Authorizations are the initial communication between our billing system and the bank's billing system. Learn more about authorizations.
